Everyone was so nice in this hotel and the food is very delicious and fresh - especially the coffee and bread. We jumped in the pool and it was so warm and relaxing. The hotel rooms were very nice and comfortable. My only concerns is the shower floor is very slippery. We almost fell stepping in so be careful. The pool didn’t have towels and we looked around and no luck. The parking is in the basement and the elevator buttons don’t work. If you have luggage walk upstairs and get the elevator from there back down. Other than n that, recommend.
The breakfast is quite bad, but the rooms are clean, and comfortable. Why don’t the elevators in the garage work? There’s a gem of a breakfast spot next door (La Tostadora). They have suite rooms with a comfortable sofa, if you’re going to be staying more than a few days.
Very nice hotel next to the high way, good to stop after a long driving day. We stayed at this hotel to rest over night on our way to puebla.

Our family is traveling through Mexico and already have stopped in 6 hotels. This is the first hotel we don't have any complaints towards. Really good hotel, wonderful staff, we enjoyed everything. And yes, they have baby cribs.
